This resolution authorizes current and former Members and employees of the Senate to testify and produce documents in the case of United States of America v. Robert Menendez, et al. , and related proceedings (except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted). The resolution also authorizes the Senate Legal Counsel to represent current and former Members and employees of the Senate in connection with the case.
